According to Rudy Galetti, De Bruyne and Al-Ittihad have verbally agreed in advance of a possible summer transfer. The Saudi club has not yet opened talks with Manchester City, but they did send a delegation to speak with the Belgium international.

It’s unknown how much City is willing to pay for the Belgian, but they are reportedly willing to let De Bruyne go this summer if they receive a good offer. The 33-year-old’s Etihad Stadium contract is set to expire in 2025, therefore the Premier League winners would be inclined to take advantage of the opportunity to cash in.
