The Argentine had a key role in Chelsea’s second goal.
Alejandro Garnacho’s wild celebrations after Moises Caicedo scored a screamer for Chelsea in their Premier League match against Brentford have sparked discussion.
The 21-year-old Argentine, who signed for Chelsea from Manchester United for an estimated £40 million this summer, made his much-anticipated debut against Brentford.
Garnacho started well on the left wing after replacing Joao Pedro after 79 minutes.
In reality, it didn’t take him long to contribute to a goal, as Moises Caicedo hammered a thunderbolt into the top right corner from Garnacho’s half-cleared cross.
With five minutes remaining, Caicedo scored it 2-1, and Garnacho celebrated passionately, gesturing toward the Chelsea away end. Check it out below.

It’s fair to assume that Chelsea fans enjoyed Garnacho’s celebration on Saturday night, however some rival fans raised questions.
One fan commented, “Love that celebration from Garnacho, this man couldn’t wait to get out of Manchester United,” while another added, “Garnacho’s celebration. “I already love him.”
A third person said, “Garnacho is so shameless celebrating like he did something.”
A fourth wrote: “I watched Garnacho’s celebration; why is he celebrating as if he assisted a UCL final winning goal? Almost went to his knees. “Brother, you don’t need to do all that; we have to put up with you anyway.”
A fifth line was included: “Garnacho sleeping at the back post for Brentford’s equaliser only just after celebrating Chelsea’s second like he won the league.”
As previously said, Brentford’s Fabio Carvalho scored a late equaliser for the Bees, just moments after Garnacho lost his man at the back post, which has become another hot topic among supporters.

Before this weekend’s game, Enzo Maresca talked about Garnacho’s first season with the Premier League team.
“He’s working well,” replied the Italian. “For sure, he needs to work because he arrived here not 100 per cent fit, but he is working well, and hopefully soon we can give him minutes.”
In his first interview as a Chelsea player, the Argentina international discussed why he joined the club and his plans for the season ahead.
“I have a winning mentality. I am passionate and have a large personality. It’s a logical fit for a team like Chelsea, which recently won the team World Cup,” he explained.
“Chelsea are now at the top, and it is critical to fight for the club as the fans demand. I watched the Club World Cup, and being named world champions means we’re the best team in the world.
