The individual in question was Cristhian Mosquera, a defender for Valencia, who seemed to have completed his transfer already; an official announcement is anticipated soon. The 21-year-old Spaniard, who has emerged as Valencia’s breakout star in recent seasons, will face players like William Saliba and Gabriel in the center of Arteta’s defense the next season.
Earlier in the week, it was claimed that Mosquera was scheduled to travel to the United Kingdom to undertake a medical examination at the club, with Valencia agreeing to pay a price of approximately £17 million.
