Lionel Messi tipped to complete insane transfer that would send shockwaves through the whole of Europe

Lionel Messi would change the club’s fortunes, according to the critic.

Lionel Messi has been told that if he joined for a team, he might assist them win the league title, a move that would send shockwaves across Europe.

Messi is under contract with Inter Miami until the end of 2025, having signed a lucrative agreement in the summer of 2023.

He moved to MLS from Paris Saint-Germain after leaving Barcelona, where he won four Champions League titles.

Before joining PSG from Barcelona, Messi was connected with numerous Premier League clubs, including Chelsea and Manchester City.

A move to England appears to have slipped him by, but the Argentine has been persuaded that he might help Arsenal win their first Premier League title since 2004 if he joins the North London club.

That’s according to talkSPORT host Andy Goldstein, who feels Messi may address Arsenal’s front-line concerns as they continue to pursue a No.9 this summer.

“You know what, I think if he plays up top for Arsenal, he wins them the Premier League,” he said.

“I really do. If you have Messi scoring goals, I believe he will win the title. Where is their weakness, Arsenal? It’s most likely the lack of a No.9.

“Kai Havertz isn’t the answer.”

Goldstein continued, “I know he isn’t [a No. 9]. But he could still do the job. I believe if Messi went to Arsenal, they would win the Premier League.

Jason Cundy weighed in, lamenting Messi’s move to PSG in the summer of 2021.

When asked if he should have joined the Premier League, he replied: “It was so fitting for that particular small doorway for him to come to the most watched league in the world. He went to PSG. “Bore off.”

Messi has never played in the Premier League, but he has faced several English clubs throughout his career.

He has tortured Arsenal, Manchester United, and Chelsea throughout the years.

The eight-time Ballon d’Or winner has played 36 games against the Premier League’s ‘Big Six’ and has scored 27 goals and provided six assists.

Messi signing for a Premier League team is doubtful if he decides to extend his illustrious career after his current contract expires.

Arsenal, meanwhile, are looking for a new forward, with Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres rumoured to be on their radar.
