There are concerns about the future of United’s current young strikers as Wolves star Matheus Cunha seems to be the front-runner to replace him as United’s number nine.

Lookman has made 114 appearances for the Italian team, scoring 50 goals and dishing out 24 assists. He was a vital member of the team last season after helping them win the Europa League and scoring a hat-trick in the championship game.
The Nigerian international has made 36 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 18 goals and providing seven assists.
But after a number of public arguments with Gian Piero Gasperini, the manager of Atalanta, this season, it appears that Looman will leave the team this summer, giving United the ideal opportunity.
