“immediately after my last match this season”- Victor Gyokeres finally makes decisions over his immediate future as he can only join Arsenal for ONLY one reason

Victor Gyokeres eventually makes decisions regarding his imminent future immediately following his final match of the season, as he is only able to join Arsenal for one reason.

After being linked to Arsenal and Chelsea, Viktor Gyokeres has made a decision regarding his immediate future in Portugal.

Viktor Gyokeres has been consistently associated with Arsenal and Chelsea as a consequence of his exceptional scoring abilities, which have been evident since his departure from Coventry City for Sporting CP in 2023.

Arsenal and Chelsea scouts will have observed Gyokeres decimate Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday evening, scoring a hat-trick in a 4-1 victory.

The 26-year-old Swedish striker has now scored 23 goals for the season, a remarkable accomplishment in a mere 17 games.

In the last three seasons, Gyokeres has scored an extraordinary amount of goals, which is why he is currently considered the most exciting striker in Europe.

That being said, TBR Football has been informed that Gyokeres is not in a rush to select his next club following his departure from Sporting. However, it is becoming more probable that he will return to England.

Sporting is prepared to accept a proposal that is less than Viktor Gyokeres’ release clause.

Gyokeres is aware that the Premier League and Europe’s most prestigious clubs are increasingly interested in him following his most recent dominant performance on Europe’s largest stage.

Sporting was the striker’s preferred destination following his departure from Coventry last summer, as he considered it to be his most advantageous alternative.

Gyokeres’ initial strategy was to pursue a transfer to the Serie A before returning to England.

But the Sweden international’s performance has been so impressive that he is now on the verge of signing with a Premier League team in 2025.

Gyokeres was, of course, with Brighton until 2021; however, Graham Potter did not provide him with an opportunity.

It is intriguing that Dan Ashworth, who is currently employed at Manchester United, was responsible for the striker’s departure. Manchester United is among the clubs that are currently monitoring the Swede.

PSG and Juventus are attempting to entice Gyokeres to depart from his return to England.

Arsenal and Chelsea are currently interested in Gyokeres, as previously disclosed by TBR. Liverpool and Newcastle have also been routinely monitoring him.

The striker has also been pursued by Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain; however, sources who are acquainted with the player are of the opinion that he is almost certain to return to England in 2025.

Sporting is expected to approve a deal of approximately £70 million next summer, despite Gyokeres’ release clause of approximately €100 million (£83 million).

After Gyokeres scored a hat-trick against Manchester City, Ruben Amorim, the new manager of United, declined to promote any connections between the striker and his new club, citing his admiration for Sporting.

Amorim stated, “I have recently reconciled with them [Sporting], and I will not even make light of the situation.”

“Viktor is a player for Sporting, a club that has done a great deal for him. He is obligated to remain and complete the season.”
