Gyokeres has established himself as one of the continent’s most remarkable goal scorers by scoring 20 goals in just 16 appearances this season. In 50 appearances for Sporting last year, he scored 43 goals.
It is anticipated that the striker will not pursue Amorim, who initially provided him with his significant break by luring the 26-year-old away from Coventry City in 2023. Gyokeres previously acknowledged that he is content with his circumstances at Sporting when questioned about his future.
